According to police, on Saturday, Dec. 19, at 3:05 p.m., a livery cab driver picked up the suspect at the Par-Central Motor Inn, located at 82-85 Parsons Blvd. The suspect — described as a male Hispanic, approximately 35-years-old, standing 5’6” tall with a bald head and a beard, as well as a tattoo on his right wrist — asked to be taken to Bushwick Avenue, authorities reported. When the cab arrived at 1092 Bushwick Ave., police noted, the suspect ordered the driver to pull over and then demanded cash. After the driver complied with the request, it was reported, the robber took the money, exited the cab and ed from the scene westbound on foot along Woodbine Street toward Broadway. Of cers from the 83rd Precinct responded to the incident. The driver was not injured.
