TWO MEN SOUGHT FOR
KNIFEPOINT ROBBERY
Cops are looking for the suspects
who roughed up a man and robbed
him at knifepoint on an Ozone Park
street.
According to police, at 4 a.m. on Oct.
20, a 31-year-old man was walking
home from RRR Bar & Lounge, located
at 87-18 Liberty Ave. When he reached
his home on 88th Street, he was approached
by an unknown man, who
pulled out a knife.
The suspect proceeded to punch
the victim several times, causing a
bloody nose and a laceration to the
victim’s face. The crook took off with
the victim’s cellphone, car keys, driver’s
license, credit card and $2,800
in cash.
The 106th Precinct tweeted out
photos of two people of interest in this
robbery.

PARTNER
A 25-year-old man took his own life
during a domestic dispute that occurred
in front of the 106th Precinct’s headquarters
in Ozone Park on the morning of
Friday, Oct. 26, it was reported.
Law enforcement sources said the
incident occurred at 9:03 a.m. on Oct.
26 inside of a Infi niti vehicle parked
in front of the stationhouse on 101st
Street between 103rd and Liberty
avenues.
Citing information provided by
the precinct, Community Board 10
reported on its Facebook page that the
25-year-old man got into a fi ght with
his partner, then pulled out a gun and
shot himself.
Responding offi cers from the precinct
found the man behind the wheel of
the Infi niti with a gunshot wound to his
head, police said. The weapon was recovered
at the scene; police did not provide
information about the man’s partner.
Paramedics rushed to the location
and brought the man to Jamaica Hospital,
where he was pronounced dead a
short time later. The NYPD has withheld
his identity, pending family notifi cation.
No other injuries were reported.
The investigation is ongoing, police
said.
