for our government. The
Charter describes how the city
spends our tax dollars, the powers
of our elected officials, and how
decisions are made about changes
to our neighborhoods.
Nearly 30 years ago, a
Charter Revision Commission
overhauled the city’s government.
For more than a year, the 2019

has been taking a fresh look and
