Woodhaven man
found dead outside
his house
Cops are investigating the death
of a 41-year-old man who was found
dead outside his Woodhaven home
on Monday.
Police responded to a 911 call just
aft er 6 a.m. on Oct. 14 regarding an
unconscious man in front of 76-20
Park Lane South. Upon arriving at
the scene, offi cers found Paul Tapia
lying on the ground unconscious and
unresponsive.
EMS arrived and declared Tapia
dead at the scene, authorities said.
The Medical Examiner is working
to determine the cause of death and
the investigation remains ongoing.
Creep gropes
woman at Rich Hill
subway station
Cops are looking for a creep who
touched a woman’s butt while inside
a Richmond Hill subway station last
month.
According to police, at 7:25 a.m. on
Sept. 21, a 48-year-old woman was
inside the Jamaica-Van Wyck subway
station when an unknown man
touched her buttocks. The suspect
then fl ed the scene in an unknown
direction.
The victim was not injured as a
result of the incident, which was
reported to officers in the 102nd
Precinct.
