OBITUARIES
JERZY BLASZCZAK died Friday, Sept. 18, at the age of 63. He was the beloved husband of Urszula Blaszczak, the loving
father of Kamil Blaszczak and Darek Blaszczak, the cherished grandfather of Steven and Thomas, and dear brother Alicia
Skrodzki, Waldemar Blaszczak and the late Celina. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at Holy Cross Church on Monday,
Sept. 21, followed by interment at Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery, PA, under the direction of Papavero Funeral Home,
Maspeth.

OHANES ARDZIVIAN died Sunday, Sept. 13, at the age of 81. He was the beloved husband of Manoush Ardzivian and
cherished grandfather of Giovanni and Lorenzo. Divine Liturgy was offered at St. Sarkis Armenian Apostolic Church on
Wednesday, Sept. 16, followed be cremation at Fresh Pond Crematory, Middle Village, under the direction of Papavero Funeral
Home, Maspeth.

ROBERT A. MARKART died Saturday, Sept. 19, at the age of 63. He was the beloved son of Catherine and the late Robert
J. Markart, loving brother of Michael Markart, Steven Markart and Thomas Markart, dear brother-in-law of Carolann
and cherished uncle of Catherine. He is also survived by many loving cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held at
Papavero Funeral Home on Thursday, Sept. 24, at 10 a.m., followed by interment at St. John Cemetery, Middle Village, under
the direction of Papavero Funeral Home, Maspeth.
