Delman Maldonado, 41, of Myrtle Avenue in Glendale was one of two victims — the other is Israel Turcios, 56, of Ridgewood Avenue, Brooklyn — who lost their lives at the intersection of Fulton and Chestnut streets when a speeding car careened into them, police said. EMS units pronounced Maldonado dead at the scene, and transported Turcios to Brookdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
