According to police, the suspect — described as a Hispanic male, approximately 20 years old, standing approximately 5 foot 6 inches, and weighing approximately 140 pounds — approached the 22-year-old victim from behind at the intersection of Harman Street and Seneca Avenue in Ridgewood at around 11:10 p.m. on Wednesday, July 13. The suspect then proceeded to lift the victim’s skirt and grab her genitals over her underwear, police said. Offi cers from the 104th Precinct responded to the situation, and the suspect fl ed the location in an unknown direction. Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577- TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57- PISTA (74782).
