may have already received one in the mail. When completing your ballot, for question 1, check the box “temporary
illness or physical disability.” This definition has been temporarily expanded to apply to all of us. Sign and
date your application (question 8). You must postmark, apply online, email or fax your completed application by
June 16th.
• Once you receive your absentee ballot, complete it and mail it in. Be sure to postmark it by Monday, June 22.
