ROBERT EMIL ROSBECK died on Saturday, May 30, at the age of 83. He was the husband of the late Joan Marie Rosbeck, loving father of Lynn Pope and the late Janice McIntyre, father-inlaw of Jim and cherished grandfather of Andrew, Brian, Christopher, Michael and John. He is also survived by numerous friends. Rosbeck was a U.S. Army veteran who served during the Korean conflict. Religious services were offered on Tuesday, June 2, at Papavero Funeral Home, 72-27 Grand Ave., Maspeth, followed by cremation Wednesday, June 3, at Fresh Pond Crematory, Middle Village. He was a former commander of St. Margaret Church Catholic War Veterans Post 1172 and a U.S. Army veteran who served during the Korean conflict.
