KUZME STORIC died on
Sunday, March 17, at the age of
91. He was the beloved husband
of Marija Storic, loving father of
Dragan and Joanne Storic, Gloria
Kroselj and Nino and Heidi
Storic, cherished grandfather of
Paul, Ron, Lauren, Jason, Kevin,
Scott, Nina and Stella, and
dear brother of Ivka Skrokov.
He is also survived by many
loving nieces, nephews and
friends. Services were offered
on Wednesday, March 20, at
Papavero Funeral Home, 72-27
Grand Ave., Maspeth, followed by
interment at Nevidane Cemetery,
Nevidane, Croatia.

JIRI BUZEK of Ridgewood
died on Saturday, March 16,
at the age of 54. A native of
Karvina, Czechoslovakia, he
was the beloved husband of
Magdalena Paczek and loving
son of Marta Dulinkova. A Mass
of Christian Burial was offered
at Our Lady of the Miraculous
Medal Church, Ridgewood,
followed by cremation at Fresh
Pond Crematory, Middle Village,
under the direction of Morton
Funeral Home/Ridgewood
Chapels, 663 Grandview
Ave., Ridgewood.
ROSEMARY G. IAQUINTA
died on Wednesday, March 13, at
the age of 86. She was the wife
of the late Vincent Iaquinta,
loving mother of John V. Iaquinta,
mother-in-law of Lori, cherished
grandmother of Vincent, Anthony,
Christopher and Nicolette and
faithful companion of her pet,
Melody. She is also survived by
many loving nieces, nephews
and friends. A Mass of Christian
Burial was offered on Tuesday,
March 19, at St. Anthony’s Church,
Oceanside, New York, followed by
interment at Calverton National
Cemetery, Calverton, New York,
under the direction of Papavero
Funeral Home, 72-27 Grand
Ave., Maspeth.

EVELYN AMOROSO died on
Tuesday, March 12, at the age of
99. She was the wife of the late
Ralph Amoroso, daughter of the
late Carrie and August Duncan,
cherished ant of Joanne Halus,
Sister Frances Marie Duncan,
Marie Duncan, Joan Reynolds,
Rosemary Bender and the late
Domenica Bado and dear friend
of Juan Acosta. She was also the
dearest great-aunt of many loving
great-nieces and great-nephews.
Evelyn was employed at Met Life
in Manhattan until she retired.
She spent most of her retirement
volunteering at Goldwater
Hospital on Roosevelt Island. She
was also an active parishioner of
St. Adalbert’s Church in Elmhurst.
A Mass of Christian Burial was
offered on Saturday, March 16, at
St. Adalbert’s Church, followed by
interment at Calvary Cemetery,
Woodside, under the direction
of Papavero Funeral Home, 72-27
Grand Ave., Maspeth.

Ridgewood died on Tuesday,
March 12, at the age of 7. A native
of Brooklyn, he was the loving son

Sean, Amelia, Deanna and the late
KellyAnn. Helen was employed at
the New York Stock Exchange as
an executive secretary from 1977
