Marie was born on February 13, 1925 to William and Catherine Parker in NYC. She moved to Ridgewood where she attended St. Matthias and Grover Cleveland. She was then employed by Traveler’s Insurance Company. Marrying William Wegener in 1949, she moved to the Liberty Park section of Glendale. Marie and Bill were involved in community activities during their 53-year marriage. Their home was always a gathering place for friends and family. Marie was the beloved wife of the late Bill, the devoted mother to Raymond, Marilyn (Arthur) Sheekey and Patricia(Alfred) Doyle and the adored grandmother of Laura & Michael Sheekey(deceased), Christopher Sheekey and Jonathan, Allison and Jillian Doyle. She will be dearly missed. OBITUARIES +++ LOUIS PASQUALE died on Thursday, March 2, at the age of 76. He was the beloved husband of Rosalie Pasquale, loving father of Louis J. Pasquale and Gina Iarusso, father-in-law of Marta and Richard, cherished grandfather of Alanna, Richard, Christopher, Nicolas, William and Olivia and dear brother of Anthony Pasquale, Joseph Pasquale, Vincent Pasquale and Bobby Pasquale. He was a member of the Transfi guration Church Holy Name Society in Maspeth and the Cardinal Spellman Knights of Columbus.
