OBITUARIES
KENNETH J. KRAMER died Thursday, February 20, at the age of 79. He
was the beloved husband of the late Lydia Kramer, loving father of Keith
Kramer and Kenny Kramer, cherished grandfather of Ryan, Alexa, Angelina,
Brendan and Nicholas and dear brother-in-law of Josephine. A Mass of
Christian Burial was offered at St. Margaret’s Church Monday, February
24, followed by interment at St. John’s Cemetery, Middle Village, under the
direction of Papavero Funeral Home, 72-27 Grand Ave., Maspeth.

TINA KROEGER died Thursday, February 20, at the age of 95. She was
the beloved wife of the late John Kroeger, loving mother of Karen Baldwin,
John Kroeger, Jeanne Kroeger and Michael Kroeger, cherished grandmother
of six grandchildren and great-grandmother of nine great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at St. Adalbert’s Church on Monday,
February 24, followed by interment at St. Raymond’s Cemetery, Bronx, under
the direction of Papavero Funeral Home, 72-27 Grand Ave., Maspeth.

GIRAGOS ATAMIAN died Wednesday, February 19, at the age of 84.
He was the beloved husband of Anoush Atamian, loving father of Azniv
Atamian and Hagop Atamian and father-in-law of Joe Rodriguez, and cherished
grandfather of Lorenzo Garo. Funeral services were held at Papavero
Funeral Home on Saturday, February 22, followed by private cremation at
Fresh Pond Crematory, Middle Village, under the direction of Papavero

Maria-Grazia, Vincenzo, Catrina, Peter, Glacomo, Victoria and Michael and
great-grandfather of Antonella, Alessia, Antonio and Amalia. A Mass of

the beloved husband of Margaret McMahon, a loving uncle and cherished

58. A native of Cairo, Egypt, she was the beloved mother of Joseph Gerges.

SOPHIE HUBER, of Ridgewood, died Wednesday, February 19, at the
age of 86. A native of Brooklyn, she was the beloved wife of the late Justin
Huber, devoted mother of Justin Huber, Anita Didio and Lorraine Griche,
Richard Huber and Eleanor Sophia, and dear sister of Mattheo Silaco and
Carol Nagler. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren.
