died Thursday, January 16, at
the age of 40. A native of Ostrolenka,
Poland, he was the loving son of Jadwiga
Dabkowska and dear brother of

DIANA ACQUAFREDDA died
Thursday, January 16, at age 73. She
was the beloved wife of the late Joseph
Acquafredda, loving mother
of Joseph Acquafredda, dear sister
of Thomas Rao and his wife, Fran,
Providence Occhiogrosso and her
husband, Gary, and the late Carl
Rao. She is survived by many loving
nieces, nephews, and great-nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was offered
Tuesday, January 21, followed
by interment at Mount St. Mary
Cemetery, Flushing, under the direction
of Papavero Funeral Home,

RALPH MICHAEL SANTORO, of
Glendale died on Sunday, January 19,
at age 67. He was the loving son of the
late Edward and Jennie Santoro and
dear brother of Deborah Santoro.

EDMUND J. WATERS died Monday,
January 27, at the age of 74. He
was the beloved brother of Priscilla
Cambria, cherished uncle of Beth
Feeney, John Cambria and William
Cambria and great-uncle of Christopher,
Brianna, Jordan and Lily. He
was a United States Army Veteran
who served during the Vietnam
War. A private cremation was held
Wednesday, January 29, at Fresh
Pond Crematory, Middle Village,
followed by interment of cremains
at Long Island National Crematory,
Farmingdale under the direction

JOHN F. GEE, of Ridgewood, died
Monday, January 27, at the age of
67. A native of Brooklyn, he was the
dear brother of Patricia Gee and
Catherine Gee and is survived by his
nephews. Services were off ered at

LILLIAN M. LEMP died Tuesday,
January 28, at the age of 88. A native
of Elmont, NY, she was the fi rst child
of Henry and Ottilie Lemp. She
graduated from Franklin K. Lane
HS in 1949 and previously resided
in Ridgewood for 58 years. She performed
clerical and administrative
work in several NYC Insurance
companies. She was a civilian employee
of the U.S. Navy at the former
Brooklyn Navy Yard and was active
in the Ridgewood Property Owners
Association for close to half a century.
She was a resident at Dry Harbor
Nursing and Rehabilitation Center,
Middle Village, for the past eight
years. She is survived by brother
Ronald Lemp (wife Dorothy), sisterin
law Ann Lemp, two nieces, Joane
Perry (husband Pay) and Patty Bushway
(husband Harold), two nephews,
Matthew Lemp (wife Stephanie) and
Kenneth Lemp (wife Erica), and is
also survived by numerous great
and great-great nieces and nephews.
She was preceeded in death
by her parents Henry and Ottilie
Lemo and her brother, Edwin Lemp.
Services were off ered at Morton
Funeral Home/Ridgewood Chapels
by Rev. Michael T. Ross, followed by
interment at Lutheran All Faiths
Cemetery, Middle Village, under the
direction of Morton Funeral Home/

died Tuesday, Jan. 28, at the age of
60. A native of Korea, she was the
beloved wife of Richard, devoted
mother of Richard and Andrew, and
loving daughter of Oh Ho and Seob

Maspeth, died Wednesday, Jan. 29,
at the age of 89. A native of Italy, she
was the beloved wife of the late Matteo
and devoted mother of Josephine,
the late Angelo, Antonio, Salvatore
and Victor. She is also survived by
16 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren,
and many great-great grandchildren.
