students
earn
scholarships
to Christ
the King
Eleven members of
Middle Village Preparatory
(MVP) charter
school’s Class of 2018 have
been off ered scholarships
and awards to attend
Christ the King Regional
High School in September,
it was announced. MVP is
located on the Christ the
King Campus adjacent to
the Catholic high school
on Metropolitan Avenue
in Middle Village. Five
students earned academic
scholarships: Ali Abughazaleh,
Joseph D’Antoni, Ali
Khachab, Hanna Kurdziel
and Raymond Santiago.
Six others received the
school’s Community Incentive
Award: Alexis Marie
Casanas, Shaylee Espada,
Gisselle Flores, Margaret
Jakuboski, Marilyn Mahoney
