ROAD RAGE ASSAILANT
WANTED
Detectives have identifi ed one of
two men wanted in connection with
a road rage robbery in Ridgewood
last week.
The 104th Precinct posted to its
Facebook page on Jan. 10 a photo of the
suspect wanted for the Jan. 8 incident
that occurred at the corner of 60th
Place and Bleecker Street. Police did
not disclose the perpetrator’s name.
At about 12:20 a.m. on Jan. 8, police
sources said, the unidentifi ed victim
was driving his vehicle through the
intersection when the suspect and an
unidentifi ed cohort followed him in
their vehicle.
Upon reaching the intersection,
the victim stopped his car, and the
suspects followed suit. Law enforcement
sources said the perpetrators
then exited their car and confronted
the driver.
According to police, the pictured
suspect bashed the driver in the head
with a metal baton, causing a laceration
and swelling. The suspect’s partner
then swung a knife at the driver
and missed.
Authorities said the pictured perpetrator
then smashed the driver’s windshield
with his baton, then removed
the car keys and fl ed with his partner
in an unknown direction.
Cops described both assailants as
Hispanic men; one stands 5 feet, 9 inches
tall and weighs 200 pounds, while
his partner stands 5 feet, 10 inches tall
and weighs 180 pounds.

OZONE PARK
MAN HAD BIG DRUG
STASH IN HOME
An Ozone Park man could be looking
at some serious jail time aft er he
was arrested on Jan. 10 with illegal
amounts of weed and a pocket revolver
loaded with bullets.
According to the criminal complaint
from the Queens District Attorney’s
offi ce, the 106th Precinct acted on a
search warrant at 104-36 Rockaway
Blvd. just aft er 7 a.m. on Jan. 10.
Upon entering the home, they
allegedly discovered John Brown, 26,
with not only a large quantity of marijuana,
but also cannabis oil, packaging
materials and a scale.
According to the charges, law enforcement
found three parcels mailed
to Brown’s address, one of which
contained a metal knuckle knife and
$5,123 in cash.
The small arsenal also included
a double-bladed sword, the complaint
said.
Cops recovered fi ve bags of marijuana
weighing fi ve pounds and two more
1.7 ounce bags, the complaint said.
There were also six bags of edible THC
gummies, 13 jars and 60 cans of weed
and close to 300 THC vaping cartridges.
Most of the stash was found in a
storage closet on the fi rst fl oor of the
home, but there were also allegedly 23
tins each containing pre-rolled joints
in Brown’s second fl oor bedroom, the
complaint said.
Cops stated in the complaint that
Brown allegedly had $854 in his possession
at the time he was arrested.
Charged with possession of a
loaded fi rearm, marijuana over 16
ounces and possession of a controlled
substance with intent to sell, Brown
has been arraigned in Queens Criminal
Court and is being held on a
$30,000 bond.
