Queens well represented at 2019 Stanner Games
Athletes from Queens, throughout
the city, Long Island and
even New Jersey competed in
the 2019 Stanner Games hosted by
Archbishop Molloy.
Molloy’s Ikechuku Anaege was
among the best Queens performers,
having earned the top spot in the
sophomore boys’ 55-meter dash with
a time of 6.90.
St. Francis Prep’s Inho Lee fi nished
20th in the varsity boys’ 55-meter dash
and earned a 12th-place fi nish in the
varsity boys’ 300-meter dash fi nals.
Molloy’s John Loeff el placed 16th in
the varsity boys’ 1,000-meter fi nals
with a time of 2:42.09
St. Francis Prep’s Adriana Slack
finished 12th in the freshman girls’
55-meter finals. While her teammate
Amanda Morris placed 18th.
