Audience is an unabridged film of the audience watching Suitcase of Love a week earlier in the same venue. August Winds is about two young lovers—a man who dives for seafood and a woman who dreams of being a tattoo artist— in a remote coastal village. The tranquility ends when a corpse washes on shore during a tropical storm. Prolific filmmaker Robert Todd, who crafted the atmospheric sound design for Suitcase of Love, keeps alive the tradition of 16mm and 35mm film in his work.
