TIMES, THURSDAY, JANUARY 15, 2015 • 22 Corona Party Was Fit For Three Kings Three Kings Day—the celebration of the Magi’s visit to baby Jesus that marks the traditional end of the Christmas season—officially fell on Jan. 6, but Corona children and families enjoyed a belated commemoration of the holiday during a ceremony on Sunday, Jan. 11, at I.S. 61. Sponsored in part by Rep. Joe Crowley and City Council Member Julissa Ferreras, the festivities included musical performances from the Society of the Educational Arts, New York’s only Latino children’s theatre and artsin education organization.
