Saturday, January 6, at the age of 82.
She was the wife of the late John Holland
and Frank DiVito, loving mother
of John Holland, Kathleen Holland,
James Holland and Kevin and Debra
Holland, cherished grandmother of
Drew, Brittany and Kevin and dear
sister of Gene Kujawa and Edward and
Barbara Kujawa. She is also survived
by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins
and friends. A Mass of Christian
Burial will be off ered at 10 a.m. this
morning, Thursday, January 11, at St.
Adalbert’s Church, Elmhurst, followed
by interment at St. John Cemetery,
Middle Village, under the direction of
Papavero Funeral Home, 72-27 Grand

JOHN J. TIGHE of Glendale died on
Sunday, January 7, at the age of 98. A
native of Queens, he was the beloved
husband of Catherine, devoted father
of the late Timothy, Donald, Robert,
Margaret, Geraldine and Regina, son
of the late Matthew and Elizabeth
Tighe and dear brother of Mary and
Elizabeth. He is also survived by 10
grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

dear son-in-law of Martin McCluskey,
cherished grandfather of Kathleen’s
children Gabrielle, Liam, Lucas and
Aidan and Daniel’s children Willow
and Avery. “He was an illustrious
storyteller and he will be missed,”
