Ortega, the founder of clothing company Zara, is a new addition on the list and is worth $67 billion. He knocked off Mexico’s Carlos Slim, who owns global conglomerate company Grupo Carso. The world’s top six billionaires could purchase Brooklyn for $245 billion and it would take the top 12 billionaires to put down approximately $578 billion to purchase Manhattan.
