Hosted by the Armenian Church of the Holy Martyrs, this annual Street Festival, which attracts thousands from 11am to dusk, will be an afternoon to remember. This year the Festival promises to be even greater than in the past because the church is also celebrating its 55th Anniversary at the same time. The festivities will include all-day entertainment by international superstar, Robert Chilingirian, performances from the Holy Martyrs Aradzani and Hye Bar Dance Groups, the Antranig Dance Ensemble, the Greek Samos Society Pythagoras, the Vanush Khanmiryan Dance Academy of New York, singers Kristy and Julie Asriyan and more surprises! Vendors will be lined along the street selling their wares, our Hye Market will be selling delicious food to eat and take home and our “Attic Treasures” booth will have lots to browse and buy. Come and enjoy delicious Middle Eastern food – appetizers, assorted kebabs and mouth-watering homemade desserts – while spending a great day outdoors. Admission to the Festival is free and there will be plenty of indoor and outdoor (open-air and covered) seating for all. Rain date: Sunday, September 8.
