Charles Jordan, 46, of Long Island was arraigned on July 30 on charges of second-degree murder, fi rstdegree manslaughter, leaving the scene of an incident without reporting a death and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, the district attorney’s offi ce said. Bail was set at $500,000.
