Another term serving Legislative Women’s Caucus State Senator Toby Ann Stavisky was reelected to serve a second term as treasurer of the Legislative Women’s Caucus, a bipartisan, bicameral organization of the 52 women elected to the state Assembly and Senate that promotes and advocates for policies that benefit women, children and families. Stavisky is one of only 11 women elected to the state Senate and is the only female representative from Queens. “I am honored that my colleagues have reelected me to serve a second term as treasurer of the Legislative Women’s Caucus,” Stavisky said. “This organization is founded on the belief that when women pursue public service, families are strengthened, communities flourish and economies thrive. I look forward to working alongside my colleagues as we continue to fight for pay equity, high-quality childcare and against human trafficking.”
