Charles Gray Theatre. Tickets are $20. The theatre is located on 190-04, 119th Ave., Saint Albans. NY Funny Songs Fest will sponsor a clothing swap and festival. It is New York’s only comedy, music and novelty festival. Participants are encouraged to bring a bag of summer clothes to swap with a stranger, as well as to stay and enjoy the comedic musical festivals, food, drink specials and raffl e prizes. Bloom will present an engaging and lively multi-media presentation titled “Getting to Know Them - The Musical Collaboration of Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein.” The presentation will delve into the minute details that are essential for a Broadway musical, and share his own experiences in the productions of “Oklahoma,” “Carousel,” and a sneak peak of his November 2014 presentation of “South Pacifi c.” The event will be held at 1 p.m. at the Bay Terrace Jewish Center, located at 1300 209th St. in Bayside. There will be a Queens Vision Zero Workshop to discuss Mayor de Blasio’s initiative to improve pedestrian safety in the streets of NYC. Admission is free and the workshop will be last from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Jamaica Performing Arts Center, located at 153-10 Jamaica Ave. WEDNESDAY, MAY 28, The Kupferberg Center for the Arts has been sponsoring a look into the life of Brazilian artist and activist Abidias Nascimento. The Afro-Brazilian exhibit will only be on display until June 21. The tour of the exhibition begins at 5:30 p.m. every day until then, and the Kupferberg Center is located at 65-30 Kissena Blvd. in Flushing.
