Around 3:20 a.m., 38-year-old Ansumana Dukuly of the Bronx was driving his cab westbound on the Grand Central Parkway near 180th  Street when a Honda sedan struck him, causing the taxi to hit the median. Dukuly was pronounced dead at the scene. The Honda driver fled the accident, but was later apprehended and taken into custody. Roberto Depena, 19, of Queens, has been charged with manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident, criminally negligent homicide, speed violation, driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol while under the age of 21. 108TH PRECINCT LIC, Sunnyside and Woodside Help ID truck used in robbery The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying a white box truck that was used to commit a commercial burglary on January 3 inside of 21-10 Jackson Avenue. She was last seen leaving her residence wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, black boots and glasses. She is described as 5’4”, 130 pounds, with long black hair.  115TH PRECINCT East Elmhurst, North Corona and Jackson Heights Arrest in murder of Queens teacher Police have arrested a man for the murder of a public school teacher found strangled to death in his Jackson Heights home earlier this year. Cecil Golden, 20, of the Bronx, has been charged with first-degree murder and criminal possession of stolen property, said the NYPD. According to published reports, 53-year-old David Rangel, who was killed on January 27, may have met his murder online. Natasha Jugo, 31, was reported missing on Sunday, March 17, after cops found her 2009 Toyota Prius abandoned on the beach. She was last seen leaving her home on Saturday, March 16 at 4:30 p.m. in a black robe, pink pajama pants, a gray hooded sweatshirt, a black coat and black boots, police said. The case is said to have no ties to the 2010-2011 suspected Gilgo Beach serial killings. Jugo is 5’7” tall and weighs 120 pounds. She has brown eyes and blonde hair. Police looking for Queens, Brooklyn commercial robbery suspects The NYPD is trying to find several suspects wanted for three gunpoint robberies and one attempted robbery in Queens and Brooklyn. In each incident, the suspects gained entry into the business, displayed firearms and demanded money, according to police. There were no reported injuries. Both suspects are described as black males in their 20s.
