Th e weeklong celebration will end on March 5 and participating breweries include Rockaway Brewing Company, Finback Brewery and BIG aLICe Brewing along with restaurants like John Brown Smokehouse that will ill partner with beer makers to showcase se their brews. Learning how to cook & eat healthy in Astoria Mount Sinai Queens hospital in Astoria hosted its sixth-annual “Eat Heartily” food tasting and cooking demonstration on Feb. 22 at Central Sushi Bar and Lounge in Astoria. Chef Rocco Sacramone, chef and owner of Trattoria L’incontro, showed guests how they can cook great-tasting meals that are also healthy for them. Th e event coincided with National Heart Health Month, which was observed during February.
