Jan, who previously was the Customer Service Manager of the Maspeth branch, has been in banking since 2010, joining People’s United Bank through its acquisition of over 50 Citizens Bank branches in 2012. In his role as Customer Service Manager for People’s United Bank, Jan has led his branches to success in a variety of categories. He currently oversees the fi rst branch in New York that was introduced with a greater emphasis on technology, utilizing iPads in the branch to engage customers and utilizing fully self-service ATM machines. Jan was born the Philippines and moved to Queens when he was 11 years old. JACQUELINE President SMP Supply Steven Mark Palladino is the sole owner of SMP SUPPLY CORP and Guaranteed Pest Solutions Inc. Mr. Palladino is involved in many charities and boards including being a Co-Chairman on the St. Jude’s Kids for Kids foundation. Mr. Palladino is also a member of the United States Air Force Air National Guard where he serves as a CBRNE Specialist and was just recently appointed as an Offi cer Select where he will be commissioned as an offi cer later this year. Mr. Palladino was recognized after Hurricane Sandy for establishing Disaster Response Kits for Real Estate Entities and its member that would have to stay behind during and post these horrifi c events.
