Incumbents Re-elected, Two new directors 10 North Shore Towers Courier n July 2014 All three members of the Board of Directors who were running for reelection were returned to office – plus two newcomers. Howard Teitelbaum, a former professional coop manager who promised to put his experience to work for NST, and Pat Tulchin, who ran on a platform of building more facilities to attract families to the Towers, were elected to the board for the first time in elections that ended June 19. Board president Morton Gitter, Fred Chernow and Mario Carmiciano, all incumbents, were returned to their seats as the top three vote-getters. All will serve two-year terms on the board except for Tulchin who – as the fifth-place finisher – will serve the uncompleted term of former Board President Robert Ricken, who stepped down earlier this year. The new board will meet for the first time this month. Herb Cooper, a longtime Board member, said he is retiring and did not seek re-election.
