NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Article 9 of the New York
State Constitution, the provisions of the Town Law and Municipal Home
Rule of the State of New York, both as amended, a public hearing will be
held in the Town Meeting Pavilion, Hempstead Town Hall, 1 Washington
Street, Hempstead, New York, on the 27th day of November, 2018, at7:00
o’clock in the evening of that day to consider the enactment of a local law to
amend Section 197-5 of the code of the Town of Hempstead to INCLUDE
“ARTERIAL STOPS” at the following locations:
BELLMORE SECOND PLACE (TH 378/18) STOP – all
shall come to a full stop.

-2018, adoptada el 3 de octubre de
2018, se llevó a cabo una audiencia
pública el 13 de noviembre de
2018, en el Town Meeting Pavilion,
Hempstead Town Hall, 1 Washington

York, en la adopción propuesta
