Wells Dinette hosts pig roasts and a friendly pétanque tournament every Sunday in summer. They welcome both players and spectators and invite anyone to play, eat and/or drink. Pétanque is an outdoor game, the cousin of both horseshoes and of the Italian bowling game ‘bocce’. The game originated in the South of France in the early 1900’s.
