With hundreds of miles of coastline, it is the only place in the continental U.S. where the coast is totally wild and undeveloped. Walking the beach alone amidst giant driftwood logs and huge yellow seaweed pods, this must have been the scene when it was just a wild frontier. And then, looking out towards Canada, nature blesses me with a rainbow.
