■LIC PARTNERSHIP NETWORKING NIGHT AT SPACES Nearly 100 LIC business and community members came out to meet and mingle at Spaces – the brand new co-working facility that launched their first U.S. location right here in Long Island City at the Falchi Building. The event featured many partners also located in the creative commercial hub. Guests enjoyed Latin-inspired bites by Don Tapas, open Monday through Friday for lunch, serving up a special ceviche on Fridays. Astoria Distilling Company created a special “Partnership Perk” cocktail crafted with Queens Courage gin, also available at Proof + Gauge, the distilling company’s tasting room. Ride sharing service Lyft was on hand to help guests get set up and ready to ride. Nearby food manufacturer Eleni’s New York Cookies sent guests home with Painted Heart sweet treats.
