What special experience, qualifications,
or abilities can you provide as
a Board Member? Please include your
educational background. I have a B.A.
from Queens College in Mathematics
and Chemistry and a D.P.M degree
from the New York College of Podiatric
Medicine. I will honestly represent the
shareholders of Le Havre to the best of
my ability.
What do you see as the major priorities
for Le Havre for the next
year? Keep maintenance increases to
a minimum while maintaining services,
and excellent quality of life. Continuing
capital improvement projects including
a maintenance plan for our building
exteriors and a plan for major capital
improvements.
Additional Information:
My wife, Lorraine, and I have been residents
and shareholders of Le Havre for
almost 34 years. We have raised our
two sons, Adam and Eric, here who have
both moved on to successful careers.
I think Le Havre is a wonderful place to
live and would like to be an active part
of keeping it that way. I am a proponent
of keeping maintenance increases to a
minimum while maintaining our excellent
services.
During my previous years on the Board,
we replaced all of our windows and roofs
and put a waterproof coating on all of
our buildings. During my current years
on the Board we have renovated our lobbies
and hallways as well as many other
improvements. I believe the knowledge I
have gained from participating in these
projects will be beneficial as we plan
future capital improvements.
When making a decision as Board
Member, I try to take into account shareholder
feedback. We are a co-op and all
shareholders should have a say.
Therefore, I am hoping that this year all
of my fellow shareholders come out to
vote so we may achieve a quorum.

I have an MBA and 25 years of experience
in the corporate business world as
a sales and business development director.
During my career, I have also served
and worked in many non-profit organizations.
My exposure to both corporate
and non-profit service organizations has
allowed me to develop skills in working
with and directing collaborative cross
functional teams and managing projects
with a sensitivity to fiscal prudence in
tandem with meeting deadlines.
What do you see as the major priorities
for Le Havre for the next year?
My focus for the year ahead is to continue
to work harmoniously with BOTH
board members and shareholders to
provide financially prudent fiscal management
that allows for both short term
and long term planning to maintain the
facilities, grounds and amenities we
share and doing so in the best interests
of the property value of shareholders for
years to come.
Additional Information:
I am proud of the work the Board has
accomplished as we continue to manage
another challenging year of Covid-19
obstacles. I am thankful to live in a community
that cares for each other and
adheres to health & safety policies that
protect us all. In addition to serving on
the board, I continue to serve on the Le
Havre Interview Committee.
Given the tenure of many shareholders,
I am a relatively new owner. I have
enjoyed living in Le Havre for 6 years.
We in the LeHavre community share a
great living space and I appreciate our
diverse community. I want to continue to
serve on the Le Havre board to contribute
to the ongoing improvement plans
(both long term and short term projects)
that will ensure retaining and, more
importantly, growing our property value.

in a co-op for eight years.
Currently I manage a global
team, responsible for advertising
operations. Day to day
my tasks revolve around generating
revenue efficiently
as well as business process
improvements within my
organization.

Maintaining our property,
prioritizing the safety of our
residents and ensuring Le
Havre is a great place to live
and raise a family.
