S E P T E M B E RPRESIDENT’S REPORT:
As we come to the end of another pool season, I
would like to think that everyone had an enjoyable
time and took advantage of the amenities that Le
Havre has to offer.
Be advised the tennis courts are open and will
remain so until mid to late November, weather permitting.

The gym is open almost every day of the
year and we hope that residents take advantage of
this amenity also.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
The 1 month ending July 31, 2019 (budgeted versus
actual) showed total revenues of $1,510,660 (8.4%)
of the budgeted amount of $17,975,065 and total
expenses of $1,384,379 (8.16%) of the budgeted
amount of $16,975,670 as reported by our accountants.
The positive variance is due to timing differences
of heating (winter months), seasonal pool and
maintenance expenses.
HALLWAYS & LOBBY PROJECT:
We are finally coming to the completion of the
Hallway & Lobby upgrade project. By
the time you read this, we will be
just about completed with the
entire project, aside from the
punch list items that will
have to be taken care of
after the final inspection.
In retrospect, even
though the project may
have taken a little longer
than expected, the feedback
has been very positive
with the conclusion
that this project has been a
resounding success.
CLUBHOUSE RAMP:
At this juncture, the ramp to the
clubhouse has been manufactured and
should be in the installation phase by the time you
read this. The ramp will be installed and the cement
steps in place by mid-September or earlier.
CEMENT REPLACEMENT
UNDER THE BUILDINGS:
The cement replacement
work under Building #12
is in progress at this
time. This will finish
out the concrete work
for the year, making it
22 buildings in total that
have been completed. The
remaining 10 buildings will
be done over the next three
years.
I hope everybody appreciates
the upgrade work that we have accomplished
and the effort that it takes to get these
major projects completed.
Thank you as always for your continued support.
