Circuit Training will be held every Wednesday from 6PM-7PM - The class will be a circuit training where there will be a 5
minute warm up - 40 minutes with rotations from station to station - 5 to 7 minutes cool down. POWER
TRAINING/FLEXIBILITY/CARDIO/CORE / INJURY PREVENTIONS.

This casual beer garden
and eatery located at
the Bayside LIRR station
features indoor and outdoor
bars and cafés. The
restaurant is kid-friendly,
and it’s very popular for
its bars, music, and delicious
food. On Saturday
evenings, as well as some
other times, a live band is
quite nice!
There is a great beer
selection and a wide variety
of good food. There
are several starters (chicken
wings are loved), salads,
hand-helds such as
burgers (veggie, turkey
and brisket, to name
a few) and steak house
panini. We loved the sliders
both lobster rolls
and BBQ short ribs. The
salads, bread, drinks and
side dishes were also very
good!
Sunday brunch
(12pm-4pm) is very popular,
as is Happy Hour at
the bar from 4pm-7pm,
which features appetizers
and select draft beers
at half-price. The dining
room is open from 12pm
until 12am on Fridays and
Saturdays and from 12pm
until 11pm all other days
of the week.
OSP is located at 213-10
41st Avenue. Good prices
and the overall experience
will bring you back.

weather in the evening—but
