Countdown to Summer at Le Havre!
Summer’s coming up fast and the Clubhouse is
getting ready!
Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 26, when
Pool #2 opens and the summer season officially
kicks off. Pool #2 will be open daily, 10am-8pm. In
addition to the new chairs from last year, more chairs
have been ordered for this season.
The Clubhouse will be open until 8pm Monday
through Sunday as of May 26 as well, and Le Havre’s
new café, Buona Forchetta, remains open seven days
a week. The tennis courts are already open and hours
are daily, 9am until dusk, until the fall. Contact the
Clubhouse for more information.
Be sure to check out the gym, which will have summer
hours from 6am-10pm Monday through Friday
and 9am-8pm Saturday and Sunday starting May 26.
This year, the gym boasts a brand new Cybex Smith
Press. One look at the picture and you’ll see this is
one major piece of equipment that’s built for a wide
variety of exercises. Of course the gym continues to
offer aerobics classes as well as sessions in senior
fitness, yoga, Latin dance, and more.
Pool #1 will also be open daily from 10am to 8pm
when it opens on June 23. New chairs have also been
ordered for Pool #1, so sit back and relax!
Your current club membership will expire on
Saturday, May 19th. Membership enrollment, which
runs for one year, began on May 1. For your convenience,
memberships will also be taken on the

If you were not a club member last year, you’ll
need to bring proof of residency (New York State
photo I.D. and maintenance bill).
Renewing members are reminded not to discard
their swipe cards. The cards are reusable each year,
and a replacement will cost $15. If your card is damaged
and cannot be used it will be replaced free of
charge.
So stop by the Clubhouse as soon as you can and
enjoy these terrific Le Havre amenities!
