We have had almost continuous snow and frigid temperatures for the past month or so and, hopefully, by July we should see the end of it! I would like to commend our Maintenance staff for the excellent job they have done with the almost continuous snow storms that we have been experiencing from the end of January through the present time. I would like, especially, to thank the Superintendents Piotr Moscicki and Charles Cervello and Assistant Superintendents Anthony Ferrante and Roman Mach. I am sure everybody has seen Piotr, Charlie and Anthony manning the trucks and the bobcat throughout the horrific snow storms that we have encountered. Additionally, I have received excellent feedback from the residents regarding the fantastic job they have been doing in keeping our sidewalks and parking lots clean and ice free. FINANCIAL: The 7 months ending January 31, 2015 (budgeted versus actual) showed revenues of $9,590,716 (59.13%) of the budgeted amount of $16,219,684 and total expenses of $8,614,389 (55.68%) of the budgeted amount of $15,470,138 as reported by our accountants. I am sure everybody is really looking forward to spring when we will be able to put these winter storms behind us and really appreciate the milder weather.
