a man they say pilfered $14,000 in
valuables from a Flushing apartment he
burglarized last week.
Law enforcement sources said the
break-in occurred Jan. 31 at about 1:56

According to police, the burglar
forced open the front door of the location.
Once inside, he searched the home and
grabbed jewelry and other personal
items. He subsequently fled the scene in
an unknown direction.
The case was reported to the
109th Precinct.
Cops described the suspect as a
Hispanic man believed to be 40 years
of age. He was last seen wearing a gray
jacket, a gray hooded sweatshirt, gray
sweatpants and white sneakers.
