INTRODUCING…
Cryder Point is pleased to introduce a new community-wide Management and
Resident portal that will help improve service and communications throughout the
complex. We are targeting February, 2020, to kick off this new amenity.
Residents will be able to place work orders, receive up-to-the-minute building notices,
reserve the Community Room and much more.
The service can be used on your computer or any mobile device, so even if you’re
away, you’ll still be in the know.
Monitors will also be posted in the lobbies and at basement entrances so you can see
if you have a package waiting for you or want to know the latest weather forecast.
There are a lot more features which will be explained and there will be “training
sessions” to get you comfortable with the new service.
***But before Management can get the system running, it will need your email
address! Be on the lookout for a form under your door for you to complete***
Don’t have a computer or email? Don’t worry! Residents can choose to continue to
receive paper notifications.
