OCTOBER Cryder Point’s Last
IT WAS A NIGHT
The big summer bash in July was apparently
not enough for many hale and hearty Cryder
Pointers…that event was such a smash that
demand was high to have another party before the
summer of 2017 was officially over.
More than 45 residents and friends got together for
one “Last Dance” on Saturday, September 2, to mix,
mingle and mamba the night away. This might seem
like a small turnout, but remember that it was in the
middle of Labor Day Weekend when lots of folks
were away, not to mention that this was the first last
dance that Cryder Point has ever had.
The music was helmed by DJ Mario, who also did
a great job at our Kidz Zone Party in August. Thanks
go to the Quality of Life Committee for once again
spearheading , with coordination led by Eileen Annechino
and Dorene Finnegan. The Elite pool staff
and our own Cryder Point team helped with the
set-up and clean-up to make the pool deck look great
and the night flow smoothly.
Dorene also gets credit and thanks for the terrific
photos you see here. She summed it up well when she
reported that “The music was great, the cocktails were
good and the company was even better!!” It’s safe to
say that this “Last Dance” was only the first of many
that Cryder Point will be enjoying in summers to
Irene Burns and John Magnozzi say hello! Stefanie Matura (left) and Barbara Lowy smile for the camera!
Esther Cohen shows Ken Schob how to boogie! Celest Miceli lets loose!
