Job Description
Infrastructure Systems Managers, Inc. in Jamaica,
Queens, New York, seeks an Operations Manager. This
position supervises 3 employees, may increase.
Marketing and Business Development
• Work with CEO on client management to achieve
company growth goals.
• Analyze new market opportunities, implementation
strategies, and evaluating impact
• Develop or implement marketing strategies,
including advertising/promotions.
• Maintain and build relationships with key customers
and stakeholders
Goals and Budgeting
• Translate operational strategy into action between
cross-functional teams, implement
organization-wide goals.
• Review financial statements, sales or activity reports,
or other performance data to measure productivity
or identify areas needing cost reduction or program
improvement.
• Develop business strategies with the CEO that
ensure alignment with short-term and long-term
objectives.
• Manage capital investment and expenses to ensure
achievement of growth and profitability targets
• Monitor performance and establish corrective
measures
Personnel Development
• Personnel selection, training, and evaluation
• Oversee employee productivity
• Ensure effective onboarding, professional
development, performance management, and
retention
Requirements:
• MS International Relations or International Economic
Development, MBA, or related field
• 2 Years of Experience with African business
development, budgeting and oversight
• Combined 4 years of international (US and Africa)
organizational and business development experience
• Knowledge of African policies, political and economic
climate, developed workable relationships with
African officials.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Telecommute allowed (may reside anywhere in the U.S.)
BUT approximately 30% of duties will be performed in
NYC headquarters.
Required to travel to African countries for
implementation/training and development approximately
2-3 times annually. Each trip lasts 2 to 6 weeks.

advertising available services; however, some of the hotlines &
service numbers in classifi eds actually hurt the people who rely
