wrote his name into Test cricket
history books by becoming only the
second West Indies batsman to hit a
double century on debut as understrength
West Indies pulled off the
highest-ever successful run chase
against Bangladesh in the opening
two-match Test series.
The under-strength side stuned
the Asian team in the opening Test at
the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium
in Chittagon last Sunday. Starting
the final day on 110 for three
in pursuit of an improbable 395 for
victory, West Indies defied all odds
to reach their target with 15 balls
to spare.

CWI signs UK
broadcast deal

Cricket West Indies (CWI) has scored
another major five-year deal — this
time with BT Sports for the exclusive
live coverage of in the United Kingdom
of all West Indies international home
matches in the Caribbean.
The deal comes on the heels of a
recent multi-million five-year broadcast
agreement with ESPN Sports, which
will see the broadcast of West indies
Tests, ODIs and T20 internationals in
ICC future tours program stating in
March 2021.
As part of the UK agreement, BT
Sport will have the rights to West Indies
International home series against England,
scheduled for 2022.
The upcoming series will have added
interest as it will be the first time that
