mate Julianna Mosca, had
a hat trick of her own with 3

team Cestra’s Pizza even
though suffering a loss. Following
an equally tough opening
day, their next test came
from Barinos Mkt. Cestra’s

in the match stemming from
a penalty given for accidental

to stop it but couldn’t.
She stood tall in goal for the
entire game. The other starting
defenders Madison De La
Cruz and brother of Alex, Jake
Rolla worked hard in the back
but were soon scored on a second
time. Adriana Rizzi, Matthew
Urquhart, and Aliana Didimenico

of the starters who were forced
to help out defensively due to
the Red’s pressure. Hard work

the score with two goals

as the game went on. It
was 2-2 at the half. The second
period was another dog fi ght
in itself. Back and forth the
teams went for 25 minutes of
pleasure. Matthew Urquhart
netted two more goals for the
Cestra’s but it was not enough
in the 5-4 loss. The team as a
whole showed great promise
and great improvement between
the two weeks and if
they continue on this path can
actually pull off wins.

and grabbing two big second
half saves that kept the
team in line for their second
big win of the season. Great effort
from both teams kept the
game exciting to the very last
moment. A big thanks to the
parents who bought the victory
ice cream for the whole
team rewarding the kids for
their team work and effort.
