New COVID-19 testing site coming
to Sedgwick Avenue church

On the fi rst day
of New York City’s
Phase 1 reopening,
the Bronx is getting
a new COVID-19 testing
site.
Today, Assemblywoman
Latoya Joyner
announced the opening
of the new testing
site on the property
of St. Matthews AME
Church at 1788 Sedgwick
Ave. in the south
Bronx.
This new site will
be providing both diagnostic
and antibody
testing, according to
Joyner’s offi ce.

crucial for our Bronx
families to have ready
access to the testing
services needed to
help assure they are
