Dear Neighbor:
I am glad that Bronx Week, the annual celebration of our borough, is back! Now in its
49th year, Bronx Week is the annual celebration of everything that makes The Bronx a
great place to live, work and raise a family. We invite all Bronxites to join us for a
celebration full of exciting events, which will take place from May 5th through May 15th.
A few virtual, live stream events and some in-person socially-distanced activities will be
held that the whole community can take part in and enjoy. As NYC Council Member for
District 13, I am thrilled that the grand finale of Bronx Week will take place in our
District at Orchard Beach. A drive-in concert will welcome cars to a concert and awards
presentation. Sound will be streamed through FM-radio. Pre-registration is required so be
on the lookout for more details in the following days!
Bronx Week celebrates the best of our borough and that includes the community
members who make this borough what it is today – a wonderful place to live and work in.
