WOODLAWN CEMETERY HONORS CELIA CRUZ’S LEGACY
The Woodlawn Cemetery commemorated the 16th anniversary of the passing of Celia Cruz with a brief press conference announcing its upcoming exhibit and tribute concert to the Queen
of Salsa on Thursday, July 16 in front of the Celia Cruz & Pedro Knight mausoleum.

For Altice USA’s Campus Program philanthropy
event, interns volunteered at Bronx-
Works, a New York City-based non-profi t that
provides an array of social services to over
45,000 residents of the Bronx each year. Over
20 Interns helped with either interior and exterior
painting projects at the McLaughlin
Community Center or engaging in an intergenerational
event at the Morris Innovative
Senior Center. At the senior center, interns
helped with lunch prep and service and assisted
in the center’s activities, such as arts
& crafts, BINGO, and computer help.
