Lymphatic – Gentle massage utilizing circular massage to stimulate the lymph system. Promotes detoxification of the body, relief of inflammation, and can aid in treatment of chronic conditions Hot Stone - Special finely polished basalt stones (or lava rocks) are water heated and applied directly to the body to relax the muscles, creating a warming experience that is kneaded into the entire body. Reflexology - Activation of specific points on the hands and feet, which correspond to specific areas/organs. This specialized therapy is used to promote proper functioning of the body. Thai Massage - Utilizing deep static and rhythmic massage techniques, the client is massaged by the therapist relying on his/her body weight to hold the body in specific positions, stretch the muscles, and massage them simultaneously. Fitness classes on the weekly schedule include: Boot Camp - Classes designed to progressively increase strength, tone, endurance, and agility by pushing you through a series of circuits using your body weight and/or weights and equipment. Kickboxing - Cardio based kickboxing circuits of kicks, punches, and combos will push your body and help you to lose weight while getting toned and building core strength. Zumba - Dance your way to better health! Learn fun and effective moves to lose weight and sculpt your body. Yoga - Focusing on core strength, balance, and flexibility, yoga classes can be an important component in obtaining total body tone and function.
