The Brewery offers a House Ale and House IPA brewed by the Red Hook Brewery, and a House Lager brewed by the Lions Head Brewery. Sheridan said that the customer feedback has been overwhelming. “The breweries are having a hard time keeping up supplies. I’ll leave it at that,” Sheridan said. These beers are offered all week, including during their happy hour Monday through Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. The Brewery Bar and Kitchen also caters and hosts private parties and events. Sheridan said he is especially busy during the spring and summer months for communions, christenings and graduation parties. He also plans to host viewing parties for St John’s University students during the next basketball season. “We enjoy hosting people and the community using our space,” Sheridan said. “That’s what we’re here for: to serve the community.” You can view The Brewery Bar and Kitchen menu, order online, or inquire about hosting an event by visiting www.thebrewery.nyc.
