Additionally, it’s a way for locals to discover the incredible amount of beer styles that are being brewed in the borough, from straightforward pilsners to barrelaged, farmhouse-style ales.” Breweries participating the 2016 Queens Beer Book include Bridge & Tunnel Brewery of Ridgewood; LIC Beer Project and Rockaway Brewing of Long Island City; and SingleCut Beersmiths, the first brewery to open post-prohibition in Queens, located in Astoria.
