The New York City School Construction Authority (“SCA”)
is currently seeking properties, under owner control,
20,000 sq ft or larger, with at least two street frontages.
The SCA is also interested in opportunities to purchase a school
condominium within mixed-use developments.
Sites that meet the SCA’s minimum requirements and are
in districts with funded seat needs will be evaluated and
